Job summary

Smart Teachers is partnering with an Outstanding Primary SEN School in West Ealing (W13) to appoint a caring Teaching Assistant for 3 days a week. The role is based in West Ealing, West London, with 08:45-15:45 hours on Wednesdays to Fridays and pay of £95-£105 per day, paid weekly via PAYE.

Start date ASAP/October 2026. The role focuses on supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs, working with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to deliver a holistic approach across

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEMH and/or SEND.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable nature.
• A genuine commitment to helping children thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
• Availability for full-time work (Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support across the primary age range.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Supporting children's academic progress alongside their emotional and personal growth.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver a holistic approach
