Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to join our expanding Skegness network, with immediate opportunities across day-to-day supply to long-term classroom support. You will work with Greenwood Academies Trust and LAAT, delivering phonics, literacy and numeracy support while promoting inclusion and wellbeing.

DBS and background checks are required, with weekly PAYE payments and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications or CACHE, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting primary literacy, phonics and numeracy.
• Able to deliver engaging activities and small-group interventions.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with delivering lessons and activities.
• Lead small group interventions and monitor pupil progress.
• Promote wellbeing and inclusive practices in class.

We are working in partnership with Greenwood Academies Trust and LAAT offering a range of opportunities from day-to-day supply to long-term classroom support roles.

We're looking for Teaching Assistants who:

• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) or have strong primary classroom experience
• Understand the primary curriculum to effectively support phonics, literacy, and numeracy
• Can assist teachers with delivering engaging activities and leading small group interventions
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
• Work collaboratively to support student wellbeing, progress, and inclusion
