Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to join our growing network of support staff in the Skegness area, with immediate opportunities available across day-to-day and long-term placements. Ideal candidates hold Level 2/3 TA qualifications or have strong primary classroom experience; they will support phonics, literacy and numeracy, and assist teachers with engaging activities.

You will work collaboratively to support wellbeing, progress and inclusion with flexible patterns

Qualifications

We are working in partnership with Greenwood Academies Trust and LAAT offering a range of opportunities from day-to-day supply to long-term classroom support roles.

We re looking for Teaching Assistants who:

• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) or have strong primary classroom experience

• Understand the primary curriculum to effectively support phonics, literacy, and numeracy

• Can assist teachers with delivering engaging activities and leading small group interventions

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies

• Work collaboratively to support student wellbeing, progress, and inclusion
