Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to join our growing network of support staff across the Skegness area. Immediate opportunities from day-to-day supply to long-term classroom support roles in partnership with Greenwood Academies Trust and LAAT.

Roles include assisting with phonics, literacy and numeracy, leading small group interventions, and supporting pupil wellbeing and inclusion. CPD is provided, with weekly PAYE payments and a £100 refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Understand the primary curriculum to support phonics, literacy, and numeracy.
• Assist teachers with delivering engaging activities and leading small group interventions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies.
• Work collaboratively to support student wellbeing, progress, and inclusion.
