Job summary

The Supply Register is seeking Primary Teaching Assistants to join our growing Skegness network with immediate opportunities across day‑to‑day supply to long‑term roles.

We partner with Greenwood Academies Trust and LAAT to offer a range of classroom support options. If you hold Level 2/3 TA qualifications or equivalent, you’ll provide strong phonics, literacy and numeracy support and help deliver engaging activities.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Level 2/3 TA or equivalent (e.g., CACHE).
• Understanding of primary curriculum to support phonics, literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to assist teachers and lead small group interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated behaviour management and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities and support learning in primary settings.
• Lead small group interventions to boost progress.
• Support teachers with phonics, literacy and numeracy delivery.
• Collaborate with staff to support wellbeing, progress and inclusion.
