Job summary

Floreat Wandsworth Primary School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils, including those with additional learning needs, and to contribute to a calm, inclusive learning environment.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils reach high standards in literacy and numeracy while developing their social and emotional skills, as part of a supportive GLF Schools community.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for working with primary aged children in 1:1 and group settings.
• Commitment to honesty, perseverance and curiosity in service of learners.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage pupils positively and calmly to achieve high standards.
