A fantastic Specialist Primary School in Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with a small class of SEN pupils aged 5 to 11, who may have autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning difficulties, communication challenges, or physical disabilities.

Your responsibilities include providing one-to-one and group support under the guidance of the class teacher, tracking each child's progress, assisting them in achieving milestones, supporting behaviour management, nurturing life skills, and creating a stimulating and safe learning environment.

Prior experience working with individuals with additional needs is beneficial, but what matters most is your compassionate and understanding nature and your willingness to embrace this challenge. The school values kind, passionate individuals committed to supporting students with additional needs.
