Job summary

Wansdyke School in Devizes, Wiltshire, is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to support pupils, starting November 2026. The part-time role is 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, during term time, with duties Monday to Friday.

You will work across all age ranges and support children of all abilities, including those with SEND, showing strong teamwork and a flexible, proactive approach to learning. First Aid training is desirable or willing to complete it.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children's learning.
• First Aid trained (or willing to complete this).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
