Job summary

• This role requires previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and development.
• Provide 1:1 support where required.
• Assist pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Support children with SEND to access the curriculum and make progress.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and build pupils' confidence and independence.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and pupil wellbeing.
