Job summary

Eccleston Primary School in Chorley, Lancashire, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 2b to join our supportive team. The role is part-time, term-time only, working 31.25 hours per week with a pro-rata salary payable for term-time only.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships with pupils, staff and the wider school community, supporting a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment and providing effective support both individually and in groups.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or above qualification – appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
• Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
