Job summary

They will engage with learners across groups and 1:1 settings, support literacy and numeracy activities, and help create a stimulating classroom and lunchtime environment. Woodlea values wellbeing and inclusive education for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with primary aged children.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain instructions clearly.
• Ability to work with individuals or small groups without direct supervision.
• Willingness to engage with pupils at lunchtime in hall or playground.

• Support the teacher to deliver engaging and inspiring learning activities.
