Job summary

Connex Education is partnering with primary schools across Ammanford, Llanelli, Neath & Swansea to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. You will support the class teacher with behaviour management, provide additional instruction, and assist with classroom activities.

You should be able to work closely with pupils to reinforce learning, offer one-on-one support, and ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Has experience supporting pupils with learning and behaviour in primary/secondary settings.
• Able to deliver small-group and individual instruction to reinforce learning.
• Confident in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
• Provide individual or small-group pupil support to reinforce learning.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and monitoring pupil progress.
