Job summary

Connex Education is partnering with Primary Schools across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. You will be supporting the class teacher with behaviour management, providing additional instruction, and assisting with classroom activities.

You will work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 delivering lessons, supporting individual pupils and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. DBS and CPD opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
• Provide individual or small group support to pupils.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Support pupils to reinforce learning and foster a positive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and provide targeted support as needed.
