Job summary

You will work in class, in small groups and one-to-one with pupils, helping them stay engaged, follow instructions and develop confidence and independence while supporting inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Previous teaching assistant experience in an education setting.
• Patient and engaging approach with pupils.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning in class, in small groups and one-to-one.
• Help pupils stay engaged, follow instructions and complete activities.
• Assist the teacher with classroom resources and behaviour management.
• Observe progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
