Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning across the primary curriculum.
• Work alongside teachers to create a positive classroom environment.
• Support individuals and small groups with activities and learning.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Help with classroom routines, transitions and wider school activities.
• Support pupils to engage positively with their peers.
• Prepare resources and assist with classroom activities.
