Job summary

Philosophy Education Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic performers to join London primary schools as Teaching Assistants. You’ll support learners across EYFS/ KS1/ KS2, engaging through play-based learning and helping with phonics, maths, and English.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, creative, and carry energy into the classroom. All applicants must have an Enhanced DBS disclosure and complete the Philosophy Education registration in line with DfE guidelines. Flexible supply work offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for all candidates.
• Registration with Philosophy Education in line with DfE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in play-based learning and help with phonics, numbers and letters.
• Assist in structured classroom settings across EYFS/KS1/KS2, English, Maths and other subjects.
• Build positive relationships with learners and support teachers during lessons.
