Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary pupils across Leeds, covering EYFS to KS2. Roles range from general classroom support to 1:1 interventions, with flexible day-to-day placements and potential long-term opportunities.

Successful candidates will have experience with primary-aged children, and ideally Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualifications. Competitive pay, dedicated consultants, and CPD through My-Progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children.
• Comfortable delivering 1:1 and small-group support.
• Be confident supporting literacy, numeracy and phonics.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in primary schools.
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy and phonics.
• Assist with general classroom duties and targeted interventions.
