Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across BB8 and surrounding areas, including Colne, Trawden and Nelson.

You will work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging lessons, providing one-to-one and small-group intervention, and supporting pupils with SEN. The role offers flexible full-time, part-time and supply opportunities with competitive PAYE pay, free CPD and local consultant support, and opportunities to develop your career within

• Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, childcare settings, or related roles.

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in children's education? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools throughout BB8 and surrounding areas, including Colne, Trawden, Laneshaw Bridge, Foulridge, Brierfield, Nelson, Barrowford and neighbouring communities.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group intervention support.
• Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional learning requirements.
• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, childcare settings, sports coaching, youth work or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
