Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across BB18 and surrounding areas, including Barnoldswick and nearby communities. You will assist pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, deliver engaging activities and provide one-to-one support.

All applicants will require DBS checks; flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive PAYE pay, and free CPD. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, childcare settings, sports coaching, youth work or similar environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, adaptable and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across BB18 and surrounding areas, including Barnoldswick, Earby, Salterforth, Kelbrook, Foulridge, Thornton-in-Craven and neighbouring locations.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
