Job summary

The Graduate Network is seeking a Teaching Assistant in Wolverhampton to support pupils across the full academic year. The role involves 1:1 help, small-group intervention, and general classroom support to help pupils stay focused and make steady progress.

You will work closely with the class teacher to reinforce learning in core subjects, prepare resources, and assist with routines. A degree in a creative subject is required, along with an Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Degree – a 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Interest in education/with children.
• Career aim to train as a teacher.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day classroom support through 1:1 and small-group sessions.
