Primary Teaching Assistant

Swaffham

£90 - £95 a day

Randstad Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Swaffham. In this role, you will help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally, working alongside teachers to create a fun and inclusive learning environment.

At Randstad, you will have a dedicated consultant who will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey. We are committed to finding the right placements for you and ensuring your experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant is fulfilling and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment.
• Providing one-to-one support to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
• Assisting with small group activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating.
• Supporting students with their social and emotional development.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required.
• Engaging and interactive teaching style.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1), and Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum.
