Contract Type: Full time, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm,Temp to perm.
Salary: £100 - £110 per day

We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team. Role Overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with children who have a range of learning, emotional, and behavioral needs. You will provide tailored support in both individual and group settings, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. This role requires patience, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN
-Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities
-Support students in class, helping them to access the curriculum and engage in lessons
-Encourage students' social, emotional, and behavioral development
-Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor and track progress
-Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
-Foster an inclusive environment where all students feel supported and valued
-Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
-Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
-Strong understanding of SEN and the challenges faced by students with additional needs
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
-Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
-A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity
