We are looking for engaging and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in schools located in the Sittingbourne area.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work with classes in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ranging from Year 1-6, supporting students who are eager to learn. Candidates demonstrating a proactive and supportive approach will be desirable.

Most Teaching Assistant roles will be temporary but offer a mix of full and part-time hours. Temp-to-perm opportunities often arise regularly.

Requirements for this role include:

• Experience working as a teaching assistant in a UK primary school
• Ability to demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies
• Living within easy access of the Sittingbourne area
• Possession of an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
• Confidence working 1:1 and within small groups of children
