Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate
DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

Role Overview

A specialist school is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training to support students with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex needs. Experience in specialist schools is essential.

Requirements:

1. Experience supporting students with SLD and complex needs.
2. Team Teach trained (essential).
3. Familiarity with PECS or Makaton (beneficial but not essential).
4. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory).
