TimePlan Education Group Limited is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant for a three-form entry primary school in Wythenshawe, South Manchester. The role supports pupils across mainstream and an enhanced SEN hub, with 1:1 and small-group work and collaboration with teachers and the SENCO.

Immediate or November starts available; long-term opportunity with ongoing development. Pay is 95-100 per day, with a welcoming school environment and strong focus on inclusion and pupil development.

Qualifications

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with children in education, childcare, SEN or care settings.
  • A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An interest in supporting children with additional needs.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant SEN experience would be advantageous, but a positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting children are equally important.
