Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Liverpool and Sefton. They offer a mix of flexible day-to-day assignments and full-time, long-term positions in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You will assist teachers, work with individuals or groups, and help with English, maths and phonics while promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people.
• A patient, positive and proactive approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and reliability.
• An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one.
• Suitable references covering recent employment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and activities.
• Working with individual pupils or small intervention groups.
• Providing additional support in English, maths and phonics.
• Supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs.

Vision for Education is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary schools throughout Liverpool and Sefton.

We have a mixture of flexible day-to-day assignments and full-time, long-term positions available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants and individuals looking to develop their careers within education.

Depending on the placement, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and activities
• Working with individual pupils or small intervention groups
• Providing additional support in English, maths and phonics
• Supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
