Job summary

Ethos Education Ltd is seeking a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant to join the KS2 team in Brentford, providing in-class support and helping pupils access the curriculum.

Primary Teaching Assistant – Brentford | KS2 & SEND Support | ASAP Start

A welcoming primary school in Brentford is looking for a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team ASAP.

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils throughout lessons, providing in-class support as well as working with children 1:1 and in small groups.

The role will include providing additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping children access the curriculum, stay engaged with learning and develop their confidence and independence.

You will also reinforce key skills in English and Maths and may deliver targeted interventions for pupils who need additional support.

The school is looking for a proactive and reliable Primary Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships with children and work effectively as part of the classroom team. Previous experience supporting KS2 pupils or children with SEND would be highly beneficial.
