Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to work in supportive primary schools across Dudley starting September 2026 after the summer break. You will assist teachers, support learning activities, and help pupils stay engaged while contributing to their academic progress, wellbeing and development.

Vision for Education is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to work within supportive primary schools across Dudley starting September 2026 after the summer break.

About the role

Role: Teaching Assistant.

Location: Dudley

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £92 to £100 per day.

• Working alongside experienced teachers to help pupils stay engaged, confident, and motivated in the classroom.

Requirements

To apply for this Teaching Assistant role in Dudley you should have:

• Previous experience supporting pupils in a primary school or educational setting, or a relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
• A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Have or be able to obtain a DBS Certificate registered to the update service.
• Be able to gain at least two relevant references covering the last 2 years.
• Confidence assisting with individual and small-group learning activities, including supporting different learning needs.
