Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to work in supportive primary schools across Dudley starting September 2026 after the summer break. You will assist teachers, support learning activities, and help pupils stay engaged while contributing to their academic progress, wellbeing and development.

The role offers valuable experience in welcoming school communities. Salary is £92 to £100 per day, with excellent pay arrangements and an opportunity to gain ongoing support from

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in a primary school or educational setting.
• Interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
• DBS certificate registered to the Update Service.
• Two relevant references covering the last 2 years.
• Confidence assisting with individual and small-group learning activities.
