Full-Time KS2 Teaching Assistant – Year 3 | Bridport Area | £90–£95 per Day | September Start Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role within a vibrant and supportive primary school environment? We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Year 3 class of 30 pupils this September, with a key focus on both 1:1 and small group support. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about helping children thrive academically and emotionally, particularly those with additional needs. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking school with a strong commitment to inclusive education and the holistic development of all pupils. About the Role: Full-time position starting September Working within a lively Year 3 class of 30 pupils 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Leading small group interventions in maths and English Collaborating closely with class teachers and SENCO Supporting SEND pupils with tailored interventions and inclusive practices Your primary responsibilities will include delivering targeted support to a pupil with ASD to enable them to fully access the curriculum, as well as running small group sessions for pupils requiring additional help in core subjects. You’ll play an essential role in promoting engagement, building confidence, and creating a nurturing classroom environment.
