Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Boscombe, Dorset
Salary: £12.82 per hour
Start: September 2025
Contract: Full-time

Duties of the Role:

• Support classroom activities:Assist the class teacher with daily lessons and activities across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
• Provide one-on-one support:Offer individual or small group assistance to students who may need extra help with learning.
• Promote a positive learning environment:Help maintain a calm and inclusive classroom where all students feel valued and motivated.
• Encourage student development:Help students with their academic progress and social skills.
• Feedback and communication:Provide regular feedback to teachers regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Support during break times:Assist with supervising students during playtimes and lunch, promoting positive social interactions.
• Contribute to the school community:Engage with staff, parents, and students to foster a supportive environment.
