Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers for flexible daily supply and short-term cover across Manchester and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons, follow school plans, manage classrooms and adapt to different year groups. ECTs with QTS welcome to discuss opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, have recent UK school experience, strong classroom management and a professional approach to safeguarding.

• Strong classroom management and subject knowledge
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience
• Follow lesson plans and learning objectives provided by the school
• Maintain positive classroom routines and behaviour expectations
• Adapt activities to meet pupils' different learning needs
• Support pupils with SEND to access classroom learning
• Assess understanding and provide feedback
• Manage classroom resources and ensure continuity of learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Follow safeguarding procedures and reporting requirements
• Provide reliable cover during teacher absence

The Role:

• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience
• Following lesson plans and learning objectives provided by the school where available
• Maintaining positive classroom routines and behaviour expectations
• Adapting activities to meet pupils' different learning needs
• Supporting pupils with SEND to access classroom learning
• Assessing understanding during lessons and providing appropriate feedback
• Managing classroom resources and ensuring continuity of learning
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Following school policies, safeguarding procedures and reporting requirements
• Providing reliable cover during teacher absence or other staffing requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has recent UK-based school experience within the last two years, including suitable teaching experience or placements
• Is confident managing a primary classroom
• Has strong subject knowledge and lesson delivery skills
• Can adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups
• Demonstrates effective behaviour management
• Is reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding

ECTs with QTS are welcome to discuss suitable opportunities, subject to the requirements of individual schools.
