We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our warm and supportive team at our SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school. You will:
Deliver creative, engaging primary curriculum lessons tailored to individual needs
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families
Foster an environment where pupils feel valued, supported, and ready to learn
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support pupil progress and well-being
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEMH needs
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to building strong, meaningful relationships
Desirable: Previous experience in a special school or SEMH setting
MPR-UPR pay scale plus SEN allowance
