Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a Primary Teacher for a Sheffield-based position (S5). The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating a positive learning environment to help children reach their potential.

You will work across EYFS/KS1/KS2, collaborating with colleagues and maintaining high expectations, safeguarding, and inclusive practice. An enhanced DBS via the Update Service is required, with right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective classroom practice.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and planning abilities.
• A genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
• An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
