Job summary

Crosshill School within Oak Learning Partnership is hiring a Primary Teacher on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. The role requires delivering engaging, personalised learning for pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and supporting EHCP outcomes.

The successful applicant will work with support staff, parents and external professionals to create an inclusive classroom where every child can flourish, while upholding safeguarding and DBS checks.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our committed team at Crosshill School. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful candidate will deliver creative, engaging and personalised learning experiences that meet the individual needs of pupils and support the achievement of EHCP outcomes. Working collaboratively with support staff, parents and external professionals, you will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
