GSL Education is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a highly regarded school in Hampshire. This full-time position, starting in January 2025, is perfect for a talented teacher eager to engage with young learners and help them unlock their potential.

Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) is advantageous, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required!

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you ll deliver dynamic, engaging lessons that spark curiosity and support academic growth. Working closely with colleagues and parents, you ll create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that caters to all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your contributions will help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, while cultivating a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEN.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Maintain high standards of behavior and act as a role model for students.
  • Commit to professional development and engage in school initiatives.

What You ll Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Experience working with SEN students is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • The ability to motivate and engage young learners.
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
  • Availability to start ASAP and work full-time.
