This full-time position, beginning in January 2025, is perfect for a talented teacher who is passionate about fostering young minds and helping students reach their full potential.

Experience in SEN is advantageous, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential!

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver inspiring lessons that captivate and motivate students. Working collaboratively with staff and parents, you ll contribute to a supportive learning environment tailored to the needs of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your role will be instrumental in helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons.
  • Tailor teaching strategies to support students of all abilities, including those with SEN.
  • Create an inclusive, nurturing classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to achieve optimal student outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and serve as a positive role model.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

What You ll Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Experience working with SEN students is a plus.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • A positive, proactive approach to teaching and challenges.
  • Availability to start ASAP and work full-time.
