Vision for Education is seeking a KS1 Teacher on behalf of a large, high-achieving Primary School in Scarborough for the next academic year.

The Role

This role involves teaching various classes/year groups across Key Stage 1. The ideal candidate must have recent or significant experience covering this Key Stage. The school prefers a candidate who can plan work tailored to individual needs and capabilities, ensuring lessons are engaging enough to keep students on task. With a supportive team and modern facilities, this role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs starting their careers. Part-time work may be considered, but full-time availability is preferred.

Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching Key Stage 1 classes
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
• Be available at least 3-5 days per week
• Deliver engaging lessons that keep children attentive and on task
