Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and making a real difference in education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Torquay, Devon.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to take on a full-time teaching role within a supportive and collaborative school environment. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to a Key Stage 2 class, helping students achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the well-being and development of students.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
About You

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Has experience teaching Key Stage 2 or a strong desire to develop expertise in this area.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
  • Is committed to fostering a love for learning and ensuring all students succeed.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
