Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at primary schools in Bristol. These roles are supply cover and will span a variety of schools across Bristol. As this role is supply, you will be able to let us know when you are available to work, and we can arrange for you to work on the days that suit you!

Your new role

This role can be full-time or part-time, allowing you to fit it around your schedule. It is suited for those passionate about teaching across multiple primary schools. The schools are looking for someone with strong and adaptable classroom skills, as you will be covering classes for the day. The role is open to ECTs. While it is a part-time position, the successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities and will work collaboratively with other teachers in the year group. There are no PPA responsibilities, but you will be required to mark work set for the day.

If you enjoy the challenge of working varied supply roles in primary schools in the local area at times that suit your schedule, then this is the role for you.

What you'll need to succeed

1. You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
2. Experience teaching in a primary school.
3. Eligible to work in the UK.
4. Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
5. Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
