Job summary

Springfield Primary School is seeking a committed teacher with SEND knowledge to work with our small ERF classes, developing communication and interaction skills and enabling access to learning.

You will be a reflective practitioner, skilled at adapting learning, managing behaviour, and working as a supportive team member to build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEND.
• Calm and positive disposition; able to build relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Skilled in adapting and scaffolding learning.
• Reflective practitioner aiming to meet all children's needs.
