Job summary

Baginton Fields Academy invites applications from inspiring educators to join our SEND-focused team in Coventry. We seek teachers with high expectations, excellent classroom practice, and a dynamic, creative approach to teaching and problem solving.

You will work with students with diverse learning needs, supported by mentoring, a comprehensive induction, ongoing professional development, and Thrive Approach embedded in daily practice.
