Qualifications:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized UK equivalent (ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply).
• Strong working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum across KS1 and/or KS2.
• Excellent classroom management skills with an approachable and patient teaching style.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Possess an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
• Preferred: Experience leading a specific subject area or familiarity with phonics screening frameworks (e.g., Read Write Inc., Bug Club, or Letters and Sounds).
