Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking dedicated Primary Teachers to join our West Sussex and Surrey network. We offer long-term class placements or flexible day-to-day supply, with guaranteed weekly pay and expert regional support.

You should hold QTS or UK equivalent, be confident with the Primary National Curriculum, and maintain strong classroom management while building positive relationships with parents and staff. DBS Update Service is preferred or willingness to apply.

Qualifications

• QTS or UK equivalent (ECTs/NQTs encouraged).
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum across KS1/KS2.
• Excellent classroom management with approachable teaching style.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Possess an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Preferred: experience leading a subject area or phonics frameworks.
