Aspire People is recruiting Primary Teachers for a range of schools and opportunities across full-time and part-time roles. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, foster an inclusive classroom, differentiate learning, and support pupils with SEND to promote progress.

We welcome candidates with QTS or equivalent, strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and confident behaviour management. Successful teachers will join a supportive consultant-led service and gain access to varied placements

Qualifikationen

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management.
• Reliable, adaptable and professional.
• Passionate about teaching and pupil progress.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning to meet pupil needs.
• Support pupils with SEND and additional needs.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and staff.
• Support the wider life of the school.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil progress.
