Holders of QTS with a solid grasp of the primary curriculum, you will deliver engaging lessons, manage classes effectively and support pupils across a range of year groups, with dedicated consultant support from Aspire People.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be eligible to teach in the UK.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Committed to pupil progress and safeguarding.
• Clear communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour and promote positive learning habits.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders.
