This is ideal for completing ECT induction or gaining varied classroom experience with dedicated support from a specialist consultant.

Qualifications

• QTS and ECTs looking to complete induction or gain further classroom experience.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Passion for education and supporting pupil development.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
• Working collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and achievement.
• Gaining experience across different schools or securing a long-term placement.
