Kelsale School is a good, caring and successful village school with strong community links. We value the benefits of working together in an inclusive, nurturing school whose values are rooted in the Christian faith. Our staff and governors work together to produce a well-resourced and stimulating environment where children feel safe, secure, valued, confident and take pride in their successes.

Within the Christian ethos of the school, children are encouraged to be compassionate, to develop their self-respect and to demonstrate care and respect for each other and the environment around them and to always persevere to do their very best.

We believe in a 'culture of achievement' in which all children and staff work towards reaching the highest standards possible. We provide pupils with extra support, when necessary, and challenge all pupils for them to reach their full potential. We celebrate and share the successes of all our children.

What We Can Offer

  • A thriving and vibrant school moving rapidly from strength to strength.
  • A forward-thinking leadership team.
  • Enthusiastic, happy and well-behaved children who are eager to learn and succeed.
  • A team of highly supportive and experienced colleagues who enjoy working together.
