Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. are seeking qualified teachers or experienced Teaching Assistants for SEND primary roles across Solihull and Birmingham.

We are currently focusing on Our Lady of Compassion and nearby sites, seeking passionate educators to support children with additional needs. Ideal candidates will have SEND experience within an educational setting, especially with autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and other needs.

Qualifications

• SEND teaching experience in an educational setting.
• Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and other additional needs.
• Experience with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including specialist SEND settings.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and well-being in SEND settings.
• Collaborate with schools across Solihull and Birmingham.
• Engage with pupils to help them feel supported and able to reach their potential.

At The Supply Register, we work as a managed service, supporting schools across the Our Lady and Lourdes Company Catholic Multi-Academy Trust in Solihull and Birmingham.

We are currently working exclusively with Our Lady of Compassion in Solihull as well as their other sites, who are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Primary Teacherss for SEND Experiene to support children with additional needs.

We're particularly keen to speak to:

• SEND Primary teacherslooking with experience within an educational setting.


• Professionals with experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, physical disabilities and other additional needs.


• Individuals who have worked with vulnerable children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including within specialist SEND settings.

People who are patient, compassionate and committed to making a real difference to children's lives, helping them feel supported, included and able to reach their full potential.

While we have an immediate focus on Our Lady of Compassion, we also support other schools across the local area, so there may be further opportunities available.
