Job summary

St Thomas Becket Catholic School in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated pastoral lead to strengthen transition arrangements across key stages and to build positive relationships with pupils, families and primary schools. • Lead and strengthen transition arrangements for pupils across key stages

• Ensure information is shared effectively so that individual needs are understood
• Provide early intervention, guidance and support to help pupils settle, engage and thrive
• Work collaboratively with pastoral, safeguarding and inclusion teams
• Help ensure that every child is known, valued and supported to achieve their potential
